Terms & Conditions

1.1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Waytoweb (“We” or “Us”) and you (“Client”) regarding the development of software services.

1.2 Project Scope and Timeline

- The project scope and timeline will be clearly defined in a written agreement signed by both parties.

- Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

- We will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon deadlines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep the client informed of any potential delays.

1.3 Communication

- We will maintain regular communication with the client throughout the project.

- The preferred method of communication will be Skype, Email, & if required phone call.

- The client is responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals.

1.4 Payment Terms

- Payment terms will be outlined in the written agreement.

- We may require an upfront payment or milestone-based payments

1.5 Intellectual Property

Waytoweb retains ownership of all intellectual property developed during the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

The client will own the copyright to the final software product.

1.6 Termination

- Either party may terminate the agreement for cause with written notice.

Cause for termination includes:

- Material breach of contract by the other party

- Client insolvency

In the event of termination, a settlement will be determined based on the completed work.
