Return & Refund Policy

1.1 Introduction

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which Waytoweb (“We” or “Us”) will provide refunds for our software development services.

1.2 Refundable Services

- We generally do not offer refunds for completed services due to the custom nature of our work. However, we understand situations may arise where a refund may be appropriate. We may offer full or partial refunds in the following situations:

Project Cancellation by Client:

- If a client cancels a project before development begins, a full refund will be issued.

- If a client cancels a project after development begins, a partial refund may be issued based on the stage of completion. The percentage of completion will be determined by mutually agreed-upon milestones.

- The client is responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals.

Missed Milestones:

- PaymentIf Waytoweb misses a critical project milestone without a valid reason, the client may be eligible for a partial refund based on the severity of the delay.

1.3 Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be granted for:

Delays caused by the client, such as late approvals or providing incomplete information.

Minor revisions requested by the client after project completion.

Project scope changes initiated by the client after development begins.

1.4 Refund Process

- To request a refund, please contact Waytoweb in writing within 7 days of the alleged service issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
